Question - Necro Build
Okay want to bring some background. Right now I am a lvl 20 N/W. I have decided that I want to change because if I run in like I am a warrior I die fast and I have noticed that it is very difficult to get groups. Once I get into groups I tell them I am necro warrior, and they are just like 'o' like I am scrub or something.
So I am looking at SS or MM.
My main question is how do MM work if they are fighting undead stuff?

well in most placed with undead, there are always some fleshy creatures (grasping ghouls, the executinor guys...some other ones i can't remember the name of..), so it's posible to get a little army up running.

a N/W has plenty of options to be honest.
a minion master is possible with any kind of necromancer (you dont have to be N/Mo or N/Me)...
for SS, you will have to change to a N/Me if you want to farm in the UW (you need arcane echo), but for normal PvE, a normal necro will do just fine.
for a N/W, you could use an AotL build with an extra stance or sprint...

what does arcane echo exactly do. I read about it at guild-hall.net but still don't totally understand it.

The next spell you cast replaces Arcane Echo on your skillslot, giving you two copies of the spell. You can cast from the spell, and it will be affected by all of it's cooldown properties. After ~20 seconds, the echoed skill will vanish, to be replaced by Arcane Echo.
Try it out in Isle of the Nameless or just outside somewhere. It's easy to understand when you see it.

Remember, Arcane Echo only works when you cast a Spell. It doesn't work when you use vamperic touch or something like that.
The skill Echo [E], also from mesmer, works with everything. It doesn't need to be a spell then. It'll even work with a bow shot, think about the "double dibilitator build" (ranger build).
